(Spoken) Hello and welcome, all of you! I recognize most of you from my astronomy classes, but I see a few new faces, so I'll introduce myself. I am Professor Sinistra. I teach astronomy, and beginning next year I will also teach mathematics. If you want to learn astrology, talk to my wife, Sybill. She's here in the back. Glad you could stay up with us, dear.
Let's begin with question for you all
When was the last time that you looked up at the sky?
The stars are sparkling in the air
A kind of magic in the winter cold and dry
Tell me what you see when you look up
Blow out the candles and let's let our eyes adjust
Just take a moment...
...Let's discuss
(Chorus)
The sky is dark, but the stars are endless
This night is the longest of the year
Even if you don't recall another fact after you leave
Know that it only gets brighter from here
Let's find a simple shape tonight
The Winter Triangle is up when nights are colder
Sirius and Procyon are bright
And Betelgeuse is red and found over at Orion's shoulder
(Chorus)
We're angled well to see these stars
Yet from our closest star, the planet tips away
Its light may reach us from afar
But at a glancing angle for a shorter day
(Chorus x2)
(Spoken) Thank you all very much for coming. Before you leave, please sign the scroll by the door so I can remember to give you extra credit for attending tonight's lecture. I'll be here for another couple of hours, and you're welcome to stay up here as well if you like. If you have any questions, now is a good time to ask.

The moment I heard 'Forget the Girl' on a mix years ago, I fell in love, and I was so delighted to find more music by the same band. Avery's lyrics are a standout in the world of wizard rock, and I don't say this lightly. His grasp of characters and the heartfelt, poetic songwriting and delivery are second to none. I adore songs about canon relationships that give me new insights, and this album does that so well. yourwizardrockresource

This is a wildly uneven, unpredictable collection. And that is as it should be. From spoken word to rap to singer/songwriter acoustic to hard rock, this has at least one song for everyone. John Gaunt
